Symposium on Combinatorial Search, July 6 to 8 2016, Tarrytown, NY, USA

Heuristic search and other forms of combinatorial search optimization are very active areas of research in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Planning and other areas of Computer Science. The International Symposium on Combinatorial Search (SoCS) is meant to bring researchers in such areas together to exchange ideas and cross-fertilize the field.

SoCS is targeting all fields that use combinatorial search, including artificial intelligence, planning, robotics, constraint programming, operations research and bioinformatics.

Details on the history of SoCS, including links to past editions of our event, can be found at url http://search-conference.org/

Student travel support is available thanks to our sponsors.

Venue and Co-location

The venue of the Symposium is the Tarrytown House Estate. It is a scenic resort located in Tarrytown, NY, USA, 25 miles North from Manhattan.

We are conveniently co-located with IJCAI-16, held in midtown Manhattan right after SoCS.
